Cocktail week to be held in Cheltenham

It has been announced that Cheltenham will be holding its first annual cocktail week  this May.

The event is being organised by the town’s Business Improvement District (BID) and will be showcasing Cheltenham’s bars, pubs, clubs, and restaurants.image

It will take place from May 15 to 21, starting with rum cocktails at Smokey Joe’s and ending with a champagne tea party at Door 4.

Each venue will be serving a variety of cocktails, including one made especially for the cocktail week, called the Fountain of Youth.

The director of Cheltenham BID, Kevan Blackadder, said in a statement to Visit Cheltenham : “The range of events we have lined up certainly caters for all tastes and it will also be a week when the town’s bar staff can refine their skills with help from expert mixologists.”

Some of the week’s events will be free, and all tickets will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
