Why Cheltenham Literature Festival is great for Students!

Cheltenham’s Literature festival, known for its amazing variety of literary talent, once again lands in October this year. The event features a mixture of famous and new authors discussing a variety of topics and books. This year, in particular, includes well-known individuals such as Louis Theroux, David Cameron and 2015 Bake off winner Nadiya Hussain. The Festival runs from the 4th-13th of October. This year it also marks the festivals 70th anniversary. As usual, the main event takes place in the beautiful Montpellier Gardens.

As well as the shows and interviews, the festival holds many different attractions. One includes a Waterstones marquee presenting hundreds of new books as well as hosting a few books signings from your favourite authors. Plenty to entertain all ages and interests.

The literature festival includes many amazing opportunities for university students, such as 16-25 membership.
